When I contacted them, they came out to inspect my roof within 24 hours provided me with a detailed assessment of all the possible problem areas, including mini photographs. Because it was required that my solar be removed I was especially pleased that they were able to provide that service as part of the original bid. Highly recommend Desert Sands for roofing. We proactively re-did a 20+ yo tile roof in The Grand. They were prompt, courteous and completely cleaned up everyday before leaving our jobsite. After receiving quotes from a couple of other companies I chose Desert Sands for my underlayment replacement project.  They were not the most expensive nor the least expensive but their price was all inclusive, with no added costs if something was found after the fact.  They removed my solar panels (I have 36 so that does affect the overall cost but it was included), removed all of the old underlayment and replaced it with 2 layers of 40 pound paper, new flashing and reinstalled the panels over a 5 day period.  They cleaned up the job site everyday.  Everything was great and I got a 20 year complete roof guarantee.
