These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern text message communications provided by Desert Sands Contracting (“Desert Sands Contracting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from Desert Sands Contracting, you agree to these SMS Terms.

We do not guarantee that text messages will be delivered to every device or through every wireless carrier.

8. Eligibility

10. Revoking Consent

14. No Guarantee of Delivery

Text message delivery is subject to your wireless carrier’s network availability and other factors outside the control of Desert Sands Contracting.

Messages may be delayed, blocked, or undelivered due to network conditions, device settings, carrier filtering, technical problems, or other circumstances.

Desert Sands Contracting is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
